1.3 How can I open a corporate account?
To open a corporate account first, you need to register yourself for a live account and submit the requested documents. In the date of the birth field, mention the company’s date of registration.
1.4 How long does it take to open a live MT4 or MT5 trading account?
To open a trading account, you are required to complete your registration, submit proof of identity and address, and make your initial deposit. After that, log in to your Xtreme Client Area and navigate to the Trading Accounts section. Click on “Create Live Account,” select your preferred platform (MT4 or MT5), and choose the account type that best suits your trading needs (such as Prime, Platinum, Cent, or Royal). Next, select your desired leverage and click on Submit. Your trading account credentials will then be sent to your registered email address, which you can use to log in to MT4 or MT5 and start trading.
1.5 How soon can I start trading?
You can start trading immediately after completing the registration process, funding your account, and creating a trading account on MT4 or MT5.
1.6 Why can I not login to the client area on your website?
It appears that you are entering an incorrect email address or password. Please use the login credentials that were sent to your registered email address when you created your Client Area (Member Area) account. Enter those details to log in successfully.
1.7 I forgot my Client Area password. What should I do?
Please click on the "Forgot Password" option available on the Xtreme login page and enter your email address to initiate the password reset process. Once completed, you will receive a password reset link via email. Please follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
1.8 Can I have more than one account?
You can have up to 5 trading accounts, according to the company’s policy.

1.10 How do I open an additional account?
In order to open an additional account, please log in to the Client Area, click on “Add a New Account” and then choose the Account type, Base Currency, and Leverage.
1.11 I got a stop out, why did it happen?
A stop out is an automatic closure of a position at the current market rate. A stop out occurs when the margin requirement has been exceeded and the account balance is no longer sufficient to sustain all the opened positions. A stop out is reached at approximately 1%, and it protects the client from having a negative balance or falling into debt with XtremeMarkets.
1.12 How do I change leverage on my Demo account?
Leverage is already fixed as per the Trading account selected, There is no option to change the leverage in your account.

Yes, you can. You just need to be aware that when you submit a withdrawal request, your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal instructions, including all payment charges. Free margin is calculated as Equity minus Necessary Margin (required to maintain an open position). If you do not have sufficient funds, then your request will be considered canceled and you will need to resubmit a new withdrawal request.

All withdrawal requests are processed within the same working day of receipt, during our business hours (9:00 – 18:00 EET), but it will take 2-4 working days for the funds to reach your card/bank account.
2.11 Why have I not yet received my withdrawal, while the amount has been removed from my trading account?
The withdrawal amount has been sent to your requested source by us, so it now depends on your bank/credit card issuer on when the funds will be received. Please check with them.
2.12 Can I withdraw the bonus?
The Bonus is for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn. Profits from trading on a live account with XtremeMarkets may, however, be withdrawn anytime, but the bonus will be removed from the trading account.
2.13 I have two accounts, but I made a deposit in the wrong account. How can I transfer the funds to my other account?
If you wish to make an internal transfer between your own accounts, you will need to fill in the internal transfer form by logging in to the Client Area and choosing Account Fund Transfer.

3.2 How can I change the password on my MT4 account?
In order to change the password to your MT4 account, go to tools – options – server. By clicking the change button, you will have the possibility to write your new valid password, confirm it, and save it. Then you can log out and log in with the new password you have just created.
3.3 I forgot my MT4 password. What should I do?
Login to your client area and select the account you had forgot the password and click on forgot password and email will be sent to you with a new password
3.4 MT4 indicates context busy when I try to place an order. What should I do?

3.5 Can I trade micro-lots with a deposit of over 10,000 USD?
For a deposit of 10,000 USD, the minimum trade size is 0.1 lots.
3.6 What are your trading hours?
You can trade with XtremeMarkets 24 hours per day, starting at 00:00 on Monday and closing at 24:00 on Friday server time. Server time is GMT + 2 (GMT + 3 applies during daylight saving/summertime).
3.7 Do you support Trailing Stops and Expert Advisors?
Our platform supports Trailing Stops and Expert Advisors. The Trailing Stop or Expert Advisor are executed completely under your responsibility, as they depend directly on your client trading terminal.
3.8 I placed a pending order and it was deleted. Why?
Your pending order will be deleted from the system if the free margin (Equity – Used Margin) is not enough to cover the margin required for opening the specific order.
3.9 Why can I not trade currencies?
Go to the MT4 market watch, right click and select show all for them to be displayed – if not visible.
3.10 Why are the buy/sell symbols disabled when I try to place a trade?
Ensure that you are entering the correct minimum volume.
3.11 Why can I not trade a given future?
Please note that futures have expiration dates and trades cannot be opened after their Last Trading Date. Select the next contract in line for the particular future.
3.12 I had a trade-in a future that was closed by itself without me closing it. Why is that?
Please note that positions in futures contracts that had not been closed till the Last Trading Date will be automatically closed at their last quoted price.
3.13 Why was the swap that I was charged too high on Wednesday?
Your swap was higher than normal because it took into account the weekend days. On Wednesdays, the charge that applies is triple the regular swap.
3.14 The MT4 Demo/Live login shows an invalid account/no connection. What do I do?
Please check if you are entering the correct account number and the correct password. Also, make sure you are choosing the correspondent server.
3.15 Do you have a dealing desk?
No, we do not have a Dealing Desk. The order execution is fully automated, ensuring no requotes occur.
3.16 Why are the spreads higher after 11 pm?
From 23:00 to 02:00 server time, all markets are closed and therefore the liquidity in the market is very low.
3.17 What are your SWAP charges?
Swap charges differ from one currency pair to another and are determined by the liquidity providers we are working with. Swap rates can be found on the MT4 trading platform by taking the following steps: log in to your MT4 platform -> right-click inside the Market Watch -> choose symbols -> select the currency pair -> to click properties -> view swap rates for both long and short positions.
