Volatility is the mesure of the amount in which the currenfy price fluctuates over the given period of time. In forex trading the volatility is also measure the large the upswings and downswings to the particular currency pairs. When a currency’s price fluctuates wildly up and down, it is said to have high volatility.When a currency pair that does not fluctuate as much, it is said to have low volatility.
